jspeed On the Q3 ER CC, Dirk Meyer said that AMD was at about 10,000 wafer outs/month on their 300mm production. But 90nm is running on 300mm wafers as well, no? Did he breakdown the mix? That actually puts them slightly ahead of schedule. Perhaps ahead of the latest rerererevised schedule.
