Dear Jeff: The only thing SIGNIFICANT about the latest 10-12 filing is that it is the 6TH AMENDMENT. This VERY LIKELY explains WHY not on NASDAQ yet and is ATROCIOUS. I have never in my life (I am a retired audit partner) seen 6 amendments required on a standard annual report form. The problem is the Company appears to have a mickey mouse CPA firm who likely is VERY inexperienced in SEC filings. This must be changed. I strongly advise changing CPA's to a National firm experienced in SEC work. Please advise company so in your next talk. If you or they wish a list of acceptable CPA firms E-mail me. JDN
