Malcolm..........what was Bill Mathews view on the Fonar activity this past week? Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding was the SC appeal did not necessarily have to go to "conference." That there could be a decision released as early as Monday. If it does go to conference, will the decision be released the following Monday (Oct. 6) or is this just a formality of the court?

David G............if you are lurking out there, perhaps you can shed some light on this.
