Ha Ha. I think you have to take an article that starts like that with a grain of salt.

"Earlier AMD said that the Fab 36 was designed to be a 65nm from the start and even qualified appropriate production nodes."

I think if you're going to claim that a company can't meet their schedules you really need the company itself as the original source -- in quotes, on the record, or on material that they produced.
