Because it was in their earnings summary and I quoted it:

And you think that excludes them having said "four-processor servers" elsewhere, e.g. to the reporter??

As I said, purposefully ambivalent and I called it right.

You called it right? Where's your evidence *against* the straightforward scenario:

1. Dell agreed to offer 4S servers earlier this year.
2. After the May announcement, sometime later, they reached an agreement to offer a 2S HPC server.

That would be consistent with news reports and everything else.
