What you say is true, but NOK has to get past Judge Rudi, and we have a fairly good assessment of how he feels, though I would not necessarily bet the farm on a "wholly groundless" finding on his part.

If I were a bookie, however, I'd be betting that he will find the claim wholly groundless, especially after reading the ITC decision.

All of this gave me an idea--must patent it, everyone here is on notice--how about selling derivatives on legal decisions? Have stockbrokers and finance folks become the new bookies.
