With all that, it really is difficult to understand why anyone other than someone forced to (via high churn car purchase) would choose XM over SIRI. Of course, the XMSR tout will be arguing the benefits of 1/2 hour of Oprah a week, Dopie and Anthony (who lured 35,000 - yes that's thousands of $1 premium paying fans), the extra commercials from Clear Channel on music stations, and the soon to be all legal channel (to discuss their myriad legal problems with SEC, FTC, FCC, RIAA and NASD.)
