"I doubt we will even see a prototype of a car powered by these caps in 2006, 2007, or 2008." There is a Canadian company that plans to have production automobiles in 2008. Prototypes already exist. The caps should be in pre-production right now, with full production next year. This stuff has been out of the lab for a while.
