My last few predictions pretty much came to pass. CF trial, Meningo
"continue", slide to 7-ish. My attempt to trade that was not quite as good :-) Thanks for the update tharos. I agree 8.25 area is selling pressure. I also think 7 to 7.25 area will find support. If we do I think at the minimum we would go right back to retest 8.25.
I can forsee perhaps a 7.25 to 8.5 range for a while(barring news).
I do think if 7 is broken then recent buyers may cut their losses and run, which could bring your high 5 scenario. From a personal perspective, I can see low 7's as a good point to ride back to 8-ish, but can also see 7 get broken and a ride to high 5's. Knowing that the market acts in irrational ways, I think its best to generally ignore the short term stuff and focus on bpi progress and prospects. If they are proceeeding well, invest. If you dont like bpi or if problems divest. Its that simple. Overall, as bpi products go so too will xoma. That is the best stratagy IMO. So I am focusing on where bpi was vs xoma value. Where bpi is vs xoma value, and where bpi (is most likely) headed vs xoma value. A inexact science to be sure. bob
