So,if I read this right, lets say that on 10/30/97, I own 1000 shares of Lunn @ $2.

The Newco stock will be worth $20, but now I own 100 shares at $20 per share.

Since I actually own 1300 shares of Lunn, I don't want to get stuck being the owner of 103 shares, so I better buy another 700 to keep things even :) C.
