Globe Staff apparently cut a deal with the SEC to ret revoked and re-register since they didn't have the books to do a forensic anaylsis of the previous four years and couldn't get hold of them to comply with reporting requirements until quite recently. I hope to see Globe Staff re-emerge in a few weeks as fully reporting and then they can continue on that way. At least that is what I make out of it. A flush of the commode. BWTFDIK.
