Not really.

According to your loser attitude, the fix to the Ozone layer would never have been made. Mankind could never join together and come up with a concerted action plan to protect any climate change trend. Sure, the problem might be a tougher nut to crack then first thought, but it is a problem we are going to solve sooner or later.

You think we should just accept that nature is going to kill us all regardless of what we do. We should stick our heads in the sand, ignore all the environmental damage we are doing and just keep on polluting the planet in a race to become extinct, killing off most other species in the process. We should just lie down and die choking on our own smog and trash.

That is not how the human race evolved. We accept challenges and change the way we do things.

We accept the facts, the reality first, before considering what we do next. We are not ostriches.
