sandi, Chicago was controlled by Delay alright, but so was the Mafia. Frank Sinatra convince the mobsters that the Kennedy's would leave them alone, and they backed JFK all the way, but when Bobby Kennedy decided to come down hard on the mob, things took a nasty turn. Some even thing that the mob was involved with the assassination.
