Thoughts on Arata:

FACT: He brought AXEN to the NVID table
CLAIM: He invented it.
THOUGHT: Someone gave him an idea and he ran with it.

FACT: He took ownership of an expensive home that was purchased
with investor's money.
CLAIM: He didn't know Klenovic purchased it for him.
THOUGHT: Gave up the house only after the courts cut a deal with
him to possibly save him from going back to jail.

FACT: Arata is still actively employed by either NVID or ABT.
CLAIM: n/a
THOUGHT: NVID has not been properly cleaned.
