I'll try again with a buy of a few shares of retailer Cost Plus.

Although the stock is up from lows, the company still has its problems (earnings). Still, the stock goes for below stated book value; according to Yahoo d/e is .3 which I assume to be a manageable figure; insiders have been buying a couple points lower; and it looks like a hedge fund has stepped in for shares.

If company can get its product mix fixed, the stock "should" recover. So I hope.
