"a task as difficult as the one GWB set out to accomplish will take years to be finished...." Thats just an example of the shifting rhetoric of the right. Remember "Mission Accomplished"? Bush obviously didn't have a plan to deal with the aftermath of the invasion because he thought we would be greeted with flowers. Remember "last gasp'ers"? That was the rhetoric - what? three years ago? Those last gasp'ers" have sure proved persistent. Bush has got us into a quagmire and he didn't even hunt down and kill Osama Bin Laden. He's been a pretty big failure as far as the War on Terrorism goes when one really thinks about it. BTW Bush has also been a (OMG) "Flip Flopper". Who'd have thunk? Huh?
