Strong hands reap; and weak hands weep. If they stayed, they will sell out before $18/share and keep the stock down. It is a standard practice for market makers to overcome resistance and move on. Let them sell out. Take out the weak hands. Weak hands are defined as some one overstretched, or some one looking for short term gains, and some one who has to lock in profits. Some one who can not hold on to good investments.

On the other hand, fundamental, technical and market making process all have to be re-examined every minute to invest properly.
