According to intel.com the i945GM is the highest performing mobile integrated graphics chipset from Intel.

However the Radeon Xpress 1150 would be 1/3 faster. Perhaps this Yonah notebook would have matched the Turion X2's graphics performance if it had used an ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 chipset.
