Unfortunately, in these times,the nice neighborhoods are prime targets for break-ins. We live in the country and home invasions are rare, but they do occur. A few years back someone broke into a house a couple miles down the road while he was out and robbed the place and beat up and hog-tied his wife. In a more serious incident, a friend of mine lost a whole section of his family in a well publicized home invasion and mass murder. I reckon if you look up the Alday murders in the net you can read all about it. I think they just executed one of the creeps last year.
