I think you are incorrect. Oracle has database, middleware, operating system, and applications. IBM has database, middleware but no real operating system and no applications. MSFT has database, operating sytem, marginal middleware and marginal applications. I think today is the tipping point for Oracle becoming the King of software. Tomorrows MSFT earnings will be average at best. I think Mr. Schwartz's talk at Oracle World went over well and the street is expecting a upside surprise. I cannot technically tell you why there was double the volume in the stock other to say that it is under accumulation by institutions. Why, I don't know. Alydar.
