Hi Jeff,

Cognicase, a leading Y2K conversion software vendor, will start to be traded on NASDAQ next Friday. The underwriter is Volpe Brown Wheland (with also First Albany Corp and Marleau Lemire Securities from Montreal). This company is similar in his approach to Peritus, with (Conversion factory concept) but I think that the fundamentals are better. Gartner Group and Meta Group also position Cognicase as one of the leaders.
Any comments?
