When I went to Edgar, before viewing your link, I could not retrieve the filling and assumed it was one of the fillings that Edgar requires a paid account in order to view before the 3 days are up. Thanks for the Link! Ok, in a previous post, you mentioned that the SEC was still not satisfied. Others, including Sergio have mentioned that the Merger is approved. What is the current view? Approved? Not satisfied yet? I am just trying to get up to speed on this. 70 Pages!!! gezzz.. It Better be approved after wasting that many Tree's!!! Thanks again. instock
