Must be nice to live in a world where you can just change things that actually happened and can be proved to "it didn't happen because it wasn't on Fox news".

Disprove this:
During the speech in May, Bush said, "The battle of Iraq is one victory in a war on terror that began on September 11, 2001, and still goes on."

And this:
In addition to declaring an end to major combat in Iraq in front of a "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" banner aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln on May 1, 2003, Bush said to U.S. troops in Qatar on June 5, 2003: "America sent you on a mission to remove a grave threat and to liberate an oppressed people, and that mission has been accomplished."

Bush, Rumsfeld and the right are basically just in denial about Iraq.

What I don't understand is how Bush can continue to have credibility on the war on terror? He didn't hunt down and catch or kill Osama Bin Laden and he totally misjudged Iraq (and Afghanistan for that matter).

Is it that the American people think Bush is good on the war on terror because he's willing to torture?
