It does seem like it's in the bag, and I'm sure the conditional language in the S-4 is just a formality. Still, I would like to see a press release. You'd think Mr Stewart has something prepared and ready to go, or at least has the PR guys and gals working on it over the weekend! I'm a freelance writer with a couple of corporate accounts, and I can't tell you how many times I've gotten calls over the weekend from Vice Presidents desperate for Monday media! And that's for for rinky-dink stuff... this is big!! Go LUNN! Brad
