Gosh, 'Personal Reasons' just before a filing is due concerns me. I've seen this construed in other situations of Mr. CEO not liking the numbers Mr. CFO presents and Mr. CFO doesn't want to do the necessary massaging Mr. CEO 'suggests'. Obviously, this senario has no bearing here...I hope!
