Not really. It is an open secret in the middle east that as soon as Saudies go where they feel no one is watching, say Thailand or Europe, they drink like fish and womanize like there is no tomorrow. They just have to look pious to maintain their social status...I suspect Cheney and Bush would feel very much at home with that arrangement.
