Bush's record on "defeating enemy"? An F. He has defeated the USA and American taxpayers and consumers, not any enemies.

Clinton took out a dangerous dictator with WMD without a single US casualty. Bush tried to do the same thing and has basically ruined our entire military. Experts are now saying our military needs a 5-6 year break to mend and heal before they are as strong as they were when Clinton left office.
