Jeff: I still not satisified with BPL's responses to the slamming issue. In the first go-round with this in June he tried to whitewash it saying that TWT wouldn't need to do it - he then claimed it was a programming bug. Now he claims that TWT didn't realize that 32,000 cards which came FedExed in with "YOU'VE WON A FREE TRIP TO HAWAII" in large letters on one side and on the other side the appropraite wording to switch LDCs in small print, were a scam. I'm not buying the fact that it was all the resellers fault and judging by the size of the fine, neither was the CPUC. I'd like to forget about the slamming and concentrate on earnings but we were chastised for questioning BPL in post 1394 and I felt the need explain my concerns over BPL's answers. JKeba
