Correct. Then he should have run on a religious platform from the get go. He should have told us that he'd be consulting God in his actions first and that he'd appoint people by looking into their souls. He should have presented himself as religiously before his election as he did afterwards. He did not. Bush portrayed himself in tune with the vast majority of Americans and ended up completely ignoring anyone who did not vote for him. He is not just the president of those who elected him; he is the president of the whole country...in all your years, have you ever seen a president so divisive of Americans?
