Here's my take: This is a great deal, just like Hodgekinson says in the release its win win. The most important thing is that each company gains expertise from the other in terms of uranium exploration and increases the likelihood of a uranium strike. I like Titan's properties because they are right next to the UEX/Cogema discovery a few months back. From a strategic perspective this is an awesome combination from for Dejour as long as they hold on to the Titan stock. It decreases the uranium risk for DJE considerably. It does decrease the DJE upside slightly but I think this is a great tradeoff for the higher probability of striking uranium.

Titan on the other hand in addition to gaining the services of Dr. Lloyd Clark must like Dejour's properties. The combination of uranium exploration resources will allow it to compete with the larger players in the basin.

A great deal from a strategic perspective!
