I thought I would collect here a sample of the relevant science in erectile dysfunction.I understand that not being a physician you are neccessarily limited in your understanding of this matter; so please let me know if I can help with any questions you may have. .As you go through the scientific evidence collected below, the following are key points to remember: SILDENEFIL will ONLY work if there is SOME RESIDUAL HEALTHY penile tissue.So it will not work for the millions that have dead penile nerves and arteries such as the advanced diabetics;Muse instead works in all. Thus Sildenefill and Muse are different and treat different stages of impotence and different patients;and there are millions of them more than enoough for each ( if Sildenef gets approved). The best way is to use both. Phentolamine is a non issue as Drs Morrales & Heaton from Queen's University have commented in the below excellent review article on male impotence.
