His superman suit was at the cleaners, so Pres Bush had to depend on his massive & efficient staff to take care of alerting the military, etc. He really wanted to jump out of his chair and traumatize all the little school children at his feet, however, GW was forced to stay there calm and composed while continuing to demonstrate to young children the value of reading, what a waste of time.

If that suit wasn't at the cleaners, GW would've instantly jumped into it and like a bird, like a plane, he would've flown to NYC and saved the day with his bare hands--darn...he learned his lesson though, there's an emergency superman outfit hanging in his closet now, for those drycleaner days.
