Tonto,
The class action suit points out the possibility of further suits against AVNT but the suit you refer to is moot because of forward pricing. The suit was filed by injured parties whose cost basis was about $24 and the stock has been as high as $40 since then and is now at $30. Doesn't take a genius judge to figure this one out.
