Everyone cannot be like him to hide enough gold to survive. For a monetary system to collapse, the political system would be gone too & anarchical period rings in. There could be chaos in streets in every major cities. Do you think this will occur ? Of course not ... Besides you can still trade your gold as the price is right for you. But to think US dollar would go to zero is a bit silly.
