Geode (plain) is fabbed at TSMC. The Geode NX is K7 based and was made at Fab 30. Oh wait the first is a 400MHz CPU on 130nm Al bulk and the later, 1.5GHz on 130nm Copper. I think you would agree that a K7 is a good OOO x86 CPU with a good FPU.
