The main point is bringing everyone up to date as to all the litigation that is ongoing and the charges.

Securities Fraud has not been mentioned and there is a case filed against them. That gives everyone a better picture of all that is going on at AVNT.

Is everyone aware of the securities fraud suit? I think not.
