I haven't used any big Java programs but they say Java has better memory management so in large programs less crashing or maybe no crashing. Can anybody on the thread that has used large Java programs please comment.

If ZAW is still using programs other than Java the reliability will still not be there. So even if they get it more user friendlier, how do they plan to get stability unless they use Java.

Now as we know the majority of the users don't seem to mind the complexity and crashing since MS is still getting major sales. Obviously MS is trying to addressing the complexity issue with ZAW. What is it going to take to change consumer mentallity about the crashing problem. Can it be done?
