NY TIMES columnist Paul Krugman -- probably the strongest anti-Bush voice in the mainstream media -- argued today that the US should withdraw from Iraq because the war is lost BUT redeploy some of those troops to Afghanistan where the war is not yet lost.

Again shows that mainstream Bush critics oppose him primarily because he is losing his wars, not because these wars and the bloody carnage they triggered were wrong in the first place.
