O.K. help me out, Pro. here is the link to the proposed constitutional amendment. I see where my comments about limits on cloning, sale of any product, (eggs or stem cells) is well covered. It would appear nothing can be sold....research is limited. Can you show me the language you interpret to give a constitutional right to clone embryonic stem cells? Is it the fact that the limis mirror federal limits? If so, that "constitutional right" is pretty limited...it just sets boundries which can't exceed federal limits. sos.mo.gov
