Probably the NasDaq website numbers are just incomplete ! They show 570 mio. Total Shares Held Before the merger, we had ca. 480 mio. IIRC, so that TSH # is ca. 18.8 % increase, i.e. ca. 90 mio. more shares !! I guess the 118.8% came from using the 570 mio. and the 480 mio. in 2 diffferent calculations, that's all ! nasdaq.com
