Bush is guilty of dereliction of duty as commander in chief by sitting there doing nothing for 7 minutes after being told:

THE COUNTRY IS UNDER ATTACK

Any many in the country would have leapt into action, but not Bush. No, he had better thingds to do.

The 7 minutes he wasted sitting there might have saved a lot of lives. In fact Bush didn't even know if it was a nuclear attack from China or Russia. He just sat there reading that stupid "My Pet Goat". He's an imbecile and not qualified to be president. He should have been impeached on 9-12-01, but I guess we had other things to do. In fact he cheated to get into power to begin with so he's not even a legitimate presdient.
