<<The date for the shareholder's meetings for TPG and LUNN being set indicates that there has been SEC approval of the merger.>> I think it's along the line where the SEC informed them that if you file these amendments it will be approved and that "official final" approval could come soon ? <<I would be suprised if there isn't a news release next week.>> Sergio , if these documents were just filed yesterday , won't it take at least a few days for SEC review ? Heck , I'm still printing the first document which is over 200 pages now and I know the second filing is the same size as the first , so we have to be in the 500 page range total. And people wonder why these things take so long. Can you imagine the time involved by accountants , attorneys , etc in just preparing these things ? Rob
