GOP poll monitors are trying to slow down ands discourage perfectly legal voting in democratic districts. They used this dirty trick in Ohio 2004, along with under-supplying Dem predincts with voting machines and creating as much as an 8 hour wait to vote. It's one of the many ways they stole the election from Kerry. It's criminal, racist and it needs to stop.

What these GOP monitors do is challenge any minority voter to prove who they are, but they leave white voters alone. It's a Jim Crow racist technique left over from the KKK Dixie south.
