Which is what we have today, and something most Republicans are behind.

Rather vague, esp. the fair part.

that the US should be a moral beacon for the rest of the world, by following international conventions such as the Geneva convention, the right of habeas corpus, etc.

Arguably we are following the Geneva conventions to the letter, and the writ of habeas corpus has almost never been applied to enemies captured overseas while at war.

protection of the environment

Again hardly something Republicans oppose, the real issue being what you do to protect the environment, to achieve what benefit, at what cost.

the principle of democracy

Again something Republicans are strongly behind.
