I will add one more:

7. Fiscal responsibility.

The republican approach to fiscal responsibility is to run up huge budget deficits.

Clinton reversed this trend when he was in office. He decreased the budget deficits almost to zero in the last years of his presidency. He showed more fiscal prudence in reference to the budget deficit than any of the republican presidents since 1980.
