Zinc and nickel are the real big guys right now and copper is holding.

I keep thinking about zinc and the only mine in the world to my knowledge that could affect its price is the red dog in Kotebue and they are iced in 6 months of the year.

All ore has to be shipped to smeltors and I do not think there are enough ships available to ship much more. I'll bet most of them are spoken for for years.

And I remember reading that more zinc mines were set to close due to delpletion of ore than new ones were coming on line.

Zinc was so cheap for so long few companies developed zinc mines so now they are behind the 8 ball with soaring demand little new production.

I think we may have caught the crest of the wave here and can surf right into some good plays.

Building a modern civilzation requires a lot of concrete, steel, aluminum, zinc, copper and nickel.
