they are sooo tired of
either:

a)no one listening anyway when they say this, and say it
repeatedly....
OR-
b)the street distorting the things they DO say, and so by
responding to rumor, they risk more of the same. and risk
even the proliferation of rumor, as they have seen.

akins is disgusted, but we can't deny the need for some
professional spin on the cymer side. to stem the tide, to
reverse the tide, to allow them to simply conduct business
as usual without this ongoing publicity nightmare.
