I purchased IVGN yesterday. The stock traded down after earnings release on seven times average dailly volume.

The company has had problems integrating several acquisitions and has disappointed analysts with forward guidance. A recent Barrons article highlighted the strengths and recent pitfalls of the company.

The company has initiated a share buyback that, in retrospect, might have been too ambitious. Also, recent insider transactions have been small but positive.

I am suggesting IVGN as a contrarian play. As ugly as the chart looks, my hope is that much of the bad news is already established and that yesterday's testing of the 55/56 will hold to form a double bottom.
