It is hard for me to imagine porkless Chinese food Same here. Yesterday I had pork with garlic sprouts at Bush Sr's fave Chinese restaurant (they had to install bulletproof glass for his visits once he became Prez). Delightful. Aside: I've noticed a new wave of ethnic restaurants. There's a Peruvian Chinese restaurant that came to town when the offspring of ethnic Chinese who had emigrated to Peru a long time ago came here. Sort of like an Chinese American restaurant in Norway. Not American, not Chinese, not fusion, but the product of a unique subculture. I haven't tried it yet but I will.
