Jump to msg. # There is no stock swap and never has been. John Rivera has said that he will gift shares of USSEC in some proportion to holders of CYBR who owned them on the August effective date. He has repeated that several times. He last said to me that he realized that shareholders were generally unable to secure the actual shares and he was working on "proof of ownership" as the alternative method. He said he was working with his lawyers but was extremely busy at his time having just gone public and that when info was available, it would appear on his web site. Personally, I have no idea how it can or will work. JR's shares are restricted for a start. I see hurdles. I believe JR, however. ragingbull.quote.com
